Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase without penalty, provided the order has not yet entered processing.
Once payment has been captured or the order has entered the processing stage, cancellation requests may be subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable credit card transaction charges and order-processing costs already incurred.
Orders that have already shipped or entered production with the manufacturer may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
