Returns & Return Eligibility

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, as not all items are eligible for return. Please contact us for return authorization before sending any item back.

Most Items have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back on their expense. There may be a restocking fee up to 20% depending on various Factors.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in unused condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at
sales@tireequipmentsupply.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase without penalty. Cancellations requested after the 12-hour window may be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable credit card transaction fees. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.
