Shipping policy

We Only Ship to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.

Shipping, Delivery Inspection & Damage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages and freight shipments at the time of delivery. Before signing any delivery receipt or Bill of Lading, please check the shipment for visible damage, crushed packaging, punctures, missing items, broken wrapping, or any other signs of mishandling.

Freight Deliveries

For all freight shipments, you must inspect the shipment before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt or Bill of Lading. Any visible damage or shortage must be clearly and specifically noted on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves. Do not sign the shipment as received “free and clear” if damage is visible.

If the shipment is severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery. Please photograph the damage, the packaging, the product, and the carrier’s paperwork, and contact us immediately.

If visible damage is not noted on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading, the carrier may deny the freight claim. In that situation, we may be unable to provide a replacement, refund, or other compensation. Writing ''subject to inspection'' does not necessarily protect your right to file a claim.

Concealed Damage

If damage is discovered after the packaging is removed, stop unpacking and keep all boxes, wrapping, pallets, and packing materials. Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged areas. Concealed damage must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery. Reports received after this period may not qualify for a carrier claim or replacement.

Parcel and Package Deliveries

For packages delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another parcel carrier, please inspect the exterior packaging upon arrival. If the box appears damaged, photograph it before opening and retain all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless a signature requirement or additional insurance was specifically requested before shipment. If no signature was requested and the package is lost or stolen after delivery, we may be unable to replace or refund the order.

Missing, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported to us within 12 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time. Delayed reporting may result in the denial of a claim because it significantly reduces the carrier’s ability to investigate or locate the shipment.

Shipping insurance is not included by default. To request additional insurance or a signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships. Additional charges may apply.

SHIPPING COST DISCLAIMER

Shipping can be very complicated, especially with LTL Freight items, and it can be challenging to always quote the exact shipping price with complete accuracy. We do not make money from shipping and only pass along the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier.

If the shipping cost we quoted or provided is less than the actual amount charged by the carrier, we reserve the right to not honor the sale at that shipping price and may cancel the order if necessary. However, before any order is canceled, you will be given the opportunity to pay any additional shipping charges if you choose to do so.
