Current Policies

MAP Policy

Gaither Tool Co. maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect brand value and ensure fair competition across all authorized distributors, including Tire Equipment Supply.

Shipping Policy

Gaither Tool Co. ships its products via parcel and LTL carriers. If there is any damage at the time an order is delivered, it must be noted on the receiving paperwork from the freight carrier. Any inventory discrepancies must be reported in writing to Gaither within 48 hours of delivery of goods.

Warranty Policy

Gaither Tool Co. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1-year from date of sale to the final customer. GT Series Premium Jacks are covered for 3-years. Gaither will repair or replace any item found to be defective and may refund the purchase price of any such item at its discretion.

Return Policy

Customers who wish to return items need to contact Tire Equipment Supply directly. Items can only be returned within 30 days of the original ship date and must be undamaged. Items returned that are not under warranty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as soon as the returned item is received and processed.

Privacy Policy

Any information collected by Gaither Tool Co. or Tire Equipment Supply will be used only to contact users about services and products. User information is for internal use only and will not be shared with third parties.
