The TSI TC-100 E 3PH Tire Cutter delivers industrial-grade cutting performance with a 10 HP three-phase electric motor that can be wired for either 220 V or 440 V operation. Built for high-volume recycling and salvage operations, it provides superior torque and reliability for cutting passenger, light truck, and heavy truck tires—including super singles.
Capable of processing up to 40 heavy truck tires or 120 passenger/light truck tires per hour, the TC-100 E 3PH ensures smooth, clean cuts thanks to its zero-clearance double-shear blade system. This advanced design minimizes maintenance, extends blade life, and reduces tire volume by up to 75 %. Portable with a 2 in. ball hitch and safety chains for easy transport.
