This is a Plus Shipping item which only can be shipped to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.

UPS Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. To find your rate, add the item to your cart and then enter your zip code into the right hand side of the shopping cart. If your total UPS order is over 120 lbs, the system will not calculate charges.

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.

Warranty Information
PRODUCT WARRANTY

If you need to make a warranty claim, you must contact Branick to obtain an RMA prior to any service, repairs or returns.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted for a period of 10 days from receipt of your purchase. Products proving defective on account of labor or material will be either replaced or credit allowed at our option, and no claim for damage or expense involved in using our products will be allowed.
All returns must be approved by Branick and have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by Branick before the return will be accepted. Return shipment will be at your expense and a 15% restock fee will be applied. Damage incurred on return shipment will be at your expense and may incur additional charges if Branick determines the product has experienced unusual wear and tear so please ensure the item is repackaged carefully before returning.
