The 15 HP 120 Gallon Simplex unit features a low-RPM cast iron cylinder pump with an aluminum head for efficient cooling, Sandvik Swedish steel reed valves, finned intercooler tubes, and an easy-to-read oil sight glass. A large-frame heavy-duty motor helps ensure reliable performance and long life. This unit includes a pre-wired magnetic starter and is ready for installation and start-up.

Eight-foot intercooler between the first and second stage improves cooling and efficiency.
Easy-access ball-valve tank drain (no reaching under the tank).
Large liquid-filled air pressure gauge for better accuracy.
Serial tag lists oil capacity, air filter part number, and phone number.
Low-RPM pump runs quiet, cool, and is built for longevity.

Suitable for: 4–6 person body shop, 6–10 person auto repair shop, small manufacturing plant, truck repair or tire shop.

Upgrade to a Fully Packaged Unit: Factory-installed belt-guard-mounted aftercooler and moisture-minder auto tank drain remove approximately 60% of moisture before the air reaches the tank. Includes four mounting pads, four anchor bolts, and a 12 in. steel braided flex hose for a flexible connection.

3-Year Extended Warranty: Purchase the C-Aire Extended Warranty Kit the same day as the compressor and register within 10 days. Kit includes air intake filters (change every six months) and compressor oil (change every 12 months) to maintain coverage through year three.

C-Aire Inc. warrants its compressors to be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the following provisions.

Standard Warranty Duration

12 months from date of purchase.

Extended Warranty Duration

The three-year extended warranty kit is available for the C-Aire A Series and K Series models in 5 HP, 7.5 HP, 10 HP, 13 HP, and 15 HP configurations, extending the warranty from 1 year to 3 years from the date of purchase.

Purchase the extended warranty kit the same day as your compressor.
Register the extended warranty with C-Aire within 10 days of purchase.
Perform the recommended maintenance on schedule.

Registering Your Extended Warranty

Your extended warranty may be registered using the instructions in your extended warranty kit. Follow the steps provided to complete registration.

All components on the compressor except for the items listed below under “What is excluded from warranty coverage.”

What Is Excluded from Warranty Coverage

Air intake filters and compressor oil (maintenance items).
Failure due to improper installation (including absence of mounting pads) or insufficient power.
Oil leaks beyond 60 days from the purchase date.
Freight-damaged items (reject the shipment or note damage on the Bill of Lading).
Any labor, freight, or transportation charges not pre-approved by C-Aire.
Labor incidental to installation, electrical connections, repair, service, adjustment, removal, or replacement.
Misuse or abuse.

C-AIRE HAS NO OBLIGATION UNDER THESE WARRANTIES OR OTHERWISE (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION) FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST INCOME, WHETHER SUFFERED BY THE BUYER OR A THIRD PARTY.

C-Aire’s Obligations

C-Aire will repair or replace (at C-Aire’s option) defective parts, pay reasonable labor costs to replace/repair the defective part, and pay ground freight for the return of defective parts and shipment of replacement part(s). All labor and freight must be pre-approved and arranged by C-Aire.

Purchaser’s Obligations

Properly install and start up the compressor using the checklist at the back of the Owner’s Manual (retain the checklist for future reference).
Ensure the compressor is sized properly for the application (typical duty cycle ≤ 60%).
Maintain proof of purchase and Installation Checklist.
Register your Extended Warranty (if applicable).
