Shipping

This is a Plus Shipping item which only can be shipped to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.

Price will be calculated at check-out.

UPS Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. To find your rate, add the item to your cart and then enter your zip code into the right hand side of the shopping cart. If your total UPS order is over 120 lbs, the system will not calculate charges.

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.

Warranty Information

CPS Products, Inc. guarantees that all products are free of manufacturing and material defects to the original owner for one year from the date of purchase.

If the equipment should fail during the guarantee period it will be repaired or replaced (at our option) at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to equipment that has been altered, misused or solely in need of field service maintenance. All repaired equipment will carry an independent 90 day warranty. This repair policy does not include equipment that is determined to be beyond economical repair.
