The Flo-Dynamics DCF-35 Diesel Component Flusher is an innovative solution designed to enhance the maintenance of diesel system components efficiently and safely. This flusher specializes in cleaning CAC/intercoolers, radiators & cooling systems, and other diesel components from carbon, oil, and various foreign materials. 

What sets the DCF-35 apart is its ability to perform on-vehicle cleaning of the Ford 6.7L EGR valve and cooler in under an hour, depending on the carbon build-up—this is achievable without the need for a scan tool to open the EGR valve. This feature significantly reduces downtime and improves maintenance workflow.

The DCF-35 uses Flo-Dynamics' proprietary FLOCOR cleaner, which is safe for aluminum components. This cleaner effectively softens and dissolves carbon deposits and breaks down oil without leaving any harmful residue. This careful formulation ensures that your components are not only clean but also treated gently to prevent any damage.

Additionally, the DCF-35 boasts a high-performance heater that speeds up the cleaning process by quickly reaching a safe flushing temperature of 130°F in approximately 90 minutes. This is a significant improvement over other units that may take up to half a day to warm up. The flusher's robust 45 GPM flush volume ensures that it cleans thoroughly, removing all traces of carbon, foreign fluids, and debris from your diesel components.
