Shipping

This is a Plus Shipping item which only can be shipped to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.

Price will be calculated at check-out.

UPS Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. To find your rate, add the item to your cart and then enter your zip code into the right hand side of the shopping cart. If your total UPS order is over 120 lbs, the system will not calculate charges.

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.

Warranty Information

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

FREEDOM products and parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product or the part.

This warranty is expressly limited to persons who purchase FREEDOM products or parts for the purpose of resale or use in the ordinary course of the buyer’s business.

This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been abused, misused, worn out, neglected, ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use. In addition, this warranty does not cover any chains, batteries or electric motors, which are sold with FREEDOM products. All electric motors are separately warranted by their manufacturer under the conditions stated in the separate warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND FREEDOM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SPECIFIED PRODUCTS OR PARTS MANUFACTURED AND/OR SOLD BY IT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER. No agent, employee or representative of FREEDOM, or any other person, has authority to bind FREEDOM to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning FREEDOM products or parts except as set forth herein.

If any FREEDOM product or part is determined by FREEDOM, in its sole judgment, to be defective, FREEDOM will, at its option, either repair or replace such defective product or part. THIS REMEDY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE FREEDOM PRODUCT OR PART AND FOR ALL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FREEDOM’S NEGLIGENCE. IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEDOM BE LIABLE TO ANY BUYER OR OTHER PERSON FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER FOR DEFECTIVE OR NONCONFORMING GOODS, OR UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BREACH OF CONTRACT (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. The purpose of this exclusive remedy shall be to provide the buyer with repair or replacement of FREEDOM products or parts determined by FREEDOM to be defective in material or workmanship. This exclusive remedy shall not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as FREEDOM is willing and able to repair or replace said defective product or part in the prescribed manner.
