Warranty Information
Haweka Warranty: Haweka products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment (unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page or in product documentation).
Warranty Remedy / Liability: If a defect is confirmed, the remedy is limited (at our discretion) to replacement of the product/part or a refund up to the original invoice price of the product. Liability for defects does NOT extend to labor, installation/removal costs, downtime, consequential or incidental damages, travel expenses, or any other expense not specific to the defective product itself.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, improper application, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, corrosion, accidents, freight damage not reported within the required timeframe, or use outside the product’s intended design criteria.
Alterations & Indemnification: Haweka parts are designed for specific applications and uses. Modifications or alterations void the warranty and may disqualify the item from store credit. Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Haweka and the seller from all liabilities and expenses arising from product use outside design criteria, or from modified or altered parts.
Returns / RMA Policy: Standard (non-defective) returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Warranty/defective claims follow the 90-day warranty terms above. All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or they will not be accepted.
- Step 1: Obtain an RMA number prior to returning any item.
- Step 2: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include the packing slip inside. Return address will be provided at the time of the return request.
- Step 3: After receipt and inspection, approved credit/refunds are applied to the original invoice amount per the original payment method where applicable.
Restocking / Return Conditions: Returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. Product returned without an RMA is subject to a 35% restocking fee (if accepted). Items designated as FINAL SALE or CUSTOM/special order are non-refundable. Returns not received within the approved RMA window are considered invalid. To receive credit, merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition; used or damaged products will not receive credit.
Shipping Damage / Discrepancies: Any issue, discrepancy, or notable damage with shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damage should be notated with the carrier at the time of delivery. Issues reported after 48 hours are subject to denial.
Return Shipping / Defective Items: Returns must be prepaid; we do not accept COD deliveries and do not issue call tags. For defective or incorrect parts, return labels may be issued at no charge at our discretion. Replacement orders for confirmed defective product ship via UPS Ground; expedited freight can be requested at the customer’s expense (less ground service amount). We do not pay for Red or Blue label shipments. Please include tracking and delivery confirmation on all returns.
