This item Qualifies for FREE SHIPPING it only applies to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.
This Free Shipping service is the slowest cheapest way of shipping and is not time sensitive , However you may upgraded to a faster service at check-out for an additional price which is calculated upon check-out according to Zip and State.

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.
SHIPPING COST DISCLAIMER
Shipping can be very complicated, especially with LTL Freight items, and it can be challenging to always quote the exact shipping price with complete accuracy. We do not make money from shipping and only pass along the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier.
If the shipping cost we quoted or provided is less than the actual amount charged by the carrier, we reserve the right to not honor the sale at that shipping price and may cancel the order if necessary. RETURN POLICY
Looking to return your order completely or partially?
Whatever the reason may be, Martins Industries allows you to return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Another proof of our pledge to your complete satisfaction!
The following conditions apply to returns made within the 30 days window:
Transportation fees back to our closest warehouse are at the client’s expense.
Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all their included parts, hardware or accessories.
Items will undergo thorough inspection by our team to ensure they remained in good condition. Items showing traces of damage will not get refunded.
What happens if you want to return the product(s) after 30 days?
The following conditions apply to returns made after the 30 days window:
40% inspection / restocking / refurbishing / repacking charge applies.
Transport fees back to our closest warehouse remain at the client’s expense.
Error or non-compliance on your order?
No problem, Martins Industries will arrange the pickup of the merchandise at your location and will assume all related charges.
How to submit a return request?

WARRANTY
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Martins Industries warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This coverage is valid for a period of 6 months to 3 years, depending on the product, starting from the billing date. The warranty will be voided if the product has sustained damage due to misuse, improper assembly, poor maintenance, any accident or any non-authorized modifications / repairs.
