This is a Plus Shipping item which only can be shipped to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.

UPS Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. To find your rate, add the item to your cart and then enter your zip code into the right hand side of the shopping cart. If your total UPS order is over 120 lbs, the system will not calculate charges.

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.

Warranty Information

Limited Warranty; Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless otherwise provided by the Company in writing, the Company warrants that all Company manufactured Products will substantially conform to the Company’s specifications for such Products and be free of any defect in materials or workmanship (the “Standard Product Warranty”) for the period of two (2) years (the “Product Warranty Period”); such period is measured from the date of shipment from the Company’s facility. This warranty applies to all Company-provided Products purchased, installed, and used properly for the purpose for which such Product was originally designed.

a. The Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the Standard Product Warranty will be, at Company’s sole discretion and option, repair or replacement of the defective Product with functionally equivalent Product. At Company’s request Components that the Buyer claims to be defective shall be made available to Company for inspection and testing by the Buyer. To be entitled to rights under the Standard Product Warranty, the Buyer shall open a service request by contacting the Company by phone within thirty (30) days after discovering a suspected defect in any Product or Component, but in any event
prior to the expiration of the applicable Product Warranty Period, and shall request authorization from Company in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement. Notice to a Company dealer, systems integrator, sales representative or other third party is not notice to Company. Following its receipt of any such Customer notice, Company will determine whether the reported problem is covered by the Standard Product Warranty. If Company determines that the problem is covered by the Standard Product Warranty, Company will authorize return or repair and reimbursement of repair costs of the defective Product or
Component by issuing such authorization. If Company authorizes the reimbursement of repair costs, Company agrees to reimburse Buyer for reasonable direct costs, as determined by Company, associated with the repair of the Product, including labor costs associated with diagnostics, removal of the Product and repair by Buyer.

b. Product Warranty Exclusions: To the full extent permitted by law, Company does not warrant, guarantee and is not responsible for:

i. Defects, failures, damages or performance limitations caused in whole or in part by (A) power failures, surges, fires, floods, snow, ice, lightning, excessive heat or cold, highly corrosive environments, accidents, actions of third parties, or other events outside of Company’s control, or (B) the Buyer’s abuse, mishandling, misuse, negligence, improper storage, servicing or operation, or unauthorized attempts to repair or alter the Product in any way.
ii. Product built to the Buyer’s specifications that is later found not to meet the Buyer’s needs or expectations.
iii. The performance of the Product when used in combination with Product not purchased from Company, or specified or approved by Company in writing.

THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CORRESPONDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION OR QUALITY, TITLE, QUIET POSSESSION AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
