The Double Chuck Kit is designed for machining hub-less drums and rotors, including composite applications, on passenger vehicles and trucks up to 1-ton. The chuck features an auto side and a truck side, allowing the operator to flip the chuck over instead of changing jaws.
With fewer pieces to store, maintain, and replace, this kit helps reduce setup time while providing a self-centering grip on the center hole. The added weight and mass of the double chuck with backing plate helps reduce chatter and vibration during hub-less drum and rotor machining.
