The BRAD-BD1-PRO is a portable Grade “D” breathing air system ideal for paint booth and prep station operations. It combines RTi’s dual-stage filtration with a CO monitor and a rugged stand mount for mobility. Designed for 1–2 operators, this lightweight system ensures ultra-pure air with deep bed activated carbon and a 0.01 micron final filter, removing hydrocarbons to 0.003 ppm and fine particulates with 99.9998% efficiency. The unit features dual 1/2 in. outlets with 1/4 in. high-flow quick-disconnects and a heavy-duty high-flow regulator.

CO monitor is preset to 10 ppm alarm threshold and includes a calibration magnet, bar graph display, RF signal delay, and a low-pressure alarm. The entire assembly is supplied on a durable stand for convenient, freestanding use in any workspace.

For additional safety and compliance, all operator kits and NIOSH-approved masks are available as accessories.
