The RTi D500 Upgrade Kit is designed to retrofit competitor systems with RTi’s proven dryer technology, improving efficiency and delivering consistent flash and dry times for waterborne finishes. The kit allows use of existing filters and regulators while integrating key performance upgrades like RTi’s easy-maintenance dryer system. Ideal for facilities seeking improved performance without the expense of a full system replacement.
Features include a spin-on/spin-off element design, true moisture indicator, 1 micron final filter, and non-corrosive housing. No tools are needed for element replacement, and the system comes with an additional manual drain for convenience.
This cost-effective upgrade includes the DE401-M04 dryer along with replacement elements RTi-HAF-6 and RTi-HAF-28 for the first and second stage pre-filters respectively.

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package.
