This is a Plus Shipping item which only can be shipped to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.

Price will be calculated at check-out.

UPS Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. To find your rate, add the item to your cart and then enter your zip code into the right hand side of the shopping cart. If your total UPS order is over 120 lbs, the system will not calculate charges.

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.

Shop-Vac Warranty Overview

FULL LIFETIME HOME USE WARRANTY:

• Who/Use: Original purchaser only; non-transferable; normal household use in accordance with the User Manual.
• Term: Starts on purchase date and continues for the product’s useful life (ends when unusable for reasons other than defects).
• Remedy: Replacement of defective parts or the entire product, at Shop-Vac’s discretion.
• Not Covered: Accessories and filters; commercial use; misuse or careless handling; normal wear and tear; use of non-genuine filters/accessories; unauthorized repairs/alterations; products purchased/used outside the U.S. or Canada.
• Claim Requirement: Proof of purchase.

Limited Home Use Warranty:

• Products: 20-volt batteries, chargers, and internal-battery products.
• Term: 2 years from purchase date.
• Remedy: Replacement of defective parts or the entire product, at Shop-Vac’s discretion.
• Not Covered: Commercial use; misuse or careless handling; normal wear and tear; unauthorized repairs/alterations; products purchased/used outside the U.S. or Canada.
• Claim Requirement: Proof of purchase.

1 Year Limited Home Use Warranty:

• Products: Selected Shop-Vac vacuum cleaners used in normal household applications per the User Manual.
• Term: 1 year from purchase date.
• Remedy: Replacement of defective parts or the entire product, at Shop-Vac’s discretion.
• Not Covered: Accessories and filters; commercial use; misuse or careless handling; normal wear and tear; use of non-genuine filters/accessories; unauthorized repairs/alterations; products purchased/used outside the U.S. or Canada.
• Claim Requirement: Proof of purchase.

• Exclusive Remedies: The remedies above are the sole and exclusive remedies under the warranty.
• Implied Warranties: Disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Where not permitted, they apply only for the minimum duration required by state or provincial law.
• Limitation of Damages: No incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages; liability limited to the purchase price of the product, except where prohibited by law.
• Effective Date: Applies to products purchased on or after December 1, 2021. For earlier purchases, consult the applicable prior warranty.
