This is a Plus Shipping item which only can be shipped to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.

Price will be calculated at check-out.

UPS Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. To find your rate, add the item to your cart and then enter your zip code into the right hand side of the shopping cart. If your total UPS order is over 120 lbs, the system will not calculate charges.

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts unless you specifically requested a signature requirement at checkout. If no signature is requested and the package goes missing after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the loss. Additionally, any delivery issues must be reported to us within 12 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of claims, as delayed reporting significantly reduces the chances of locating a misdelivered package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment to protect against potential loss or theft, please inform us before your order ships. Insurance is not included by default.

SHIPPING COST DISCLAIMER

Shipping can be very complicated, especially with LTL Freight items, and it can be challenging to always quote the exact shipping price with complete accuracy. We do not make money from shipping and only pass along the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier.

If the shipping cost we quoted or provided is less than the actual amount charged by the carrier, we reserve the right to not honor the sale at that shipping price and may cancel the order if necessary. However, before any order is canceled, you will be given the opportunity to pay any additional shipping charges if you choose to do so.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

SK Tools USA, LLC products, except as otherwise specified, are warranted under normal use and service against defects in materials and workmanship for the expected life of the tool. This warranty does not cover the wear from normal use, or any problems caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper maintenance of the tool.

Exception

For only a period of one year after the date of purchase, storage products, tool carts, micrometer torque wrenches, dial torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers and consumable products that are reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during the use are warranted under normal use and service against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear from normal use, or any problems caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper maintenance of the tool.

Exclusive Remedy

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty is that SK will, at its sole option, either repair or replace the defective tool, or refund your purchase price, if you return the tool to an authorized SK warranty station. Check our dealer locator to see if there is an SK dealer near you to handle warranty. No consequential, incidental, or special or punitive damages, or damages for property loss or personal injury, can be recovered under this warranty.

All warranty claims must be processed using our online claim form below. Items sent in without prior approval will not be processed. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including, but not limited to, returned products to SK, replacements, and denied claims. SK Tools USA, LLC reserves the right to refuse warranty items that have been modified, misused, abused, have no material or manufacture defect, or not noted on the online claim form.

Abuse and Misuse

Abuse or misuse of a tool may cause serious bodily injury or death, or property damage. SK does not condone the abuse or misuse of tools. As a result, SK does not warrant its products against abused or misused tools and will not accept abused or misused tools under our warranty policy. Examples of abuse that will not be covered under warranty:

Evidence of using tool for hammering. Screwdrivers bent from being used as a pry bar. Chrome sockets rounded out or peened metal around the drive end from use on an impact wrench.

Handles with evidence of striking. Flat wrenches with evidence Of being struck. Discoloration from exposure to excessive heat.

Agents and distributors of SK Tools USA, LLC have no authority to make representations or warranties other than those contained in this warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. If you are a consumer, this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
