This kit includes the 6382 adapter, a 15440 spacer, and three 4.5 in. 15334 hex studs, providing multiple bolt circle patterns for versatile service applications.

This is a Plus Shipping item which only can be shipped to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any/all US territories and international orders are excluded.
