The TSI TC-100 E 1PH Tire Cutter is a heavy-duty electric-powered unit designed for shops operating on a 220 V single-phase power supply. Featuring a robust 10 HP motor and a patented double-shear blade system, the TC-100 E 1PH provides clean, precise cuts for passenger, light truck, and heavy truck tires—including super singles.
This model can quarter heavy truck tires at up to 40 per hour and cut passenger or light truck tires into four sections at up to 120 per hour when paired with the optional TC-100-14 Passenger Tire Compressor. Its zero-clearance blade design eliminates separation, extends blade life, and reduces tire volume by up to 75 %. Equipped with a 2 in. ball hitch and safety chains, the TC-100 E 1PH is easily transported wherever it’s needed.
